EXHIBITION PROPOSAL GUIDELINES

There are three exhibition areas in The Old School House Arts Centre:

    • The Brown Gallery (main) has 64 running feet
    • The Dorothy Francis Gallery has 42 running feet
    • The Volunteer Gallery has

Exhibition proposals for the 2010 Exhibition Season will be accepted until May 31, 2009, and the jurying process will be completed one month after that date.

  
 
 
Submissions must include the following:
      1. Six to twelve photographs which document current and past work and are clearly markd with the name of the artisti, size of work, and date completed
      2. A list including the title, size, medium, year of work, and sale price expected
      3. An artist's statement outlining your proposal and the number and type of pieces available for exhibition
      4. A current curriculum vitae
      5. A self-addressed, stamped envelope
      6. The minimum time required for a show to be mounted
Exhibition proposals may be dropped off at The Old School House Arts Centre at 122 Fern Road West or mailed to Box 791, Qualicum Beach, B.C. V9K 1T2
