As long as I can remember I have always been drawing and painting. I took 
formal art classes in high school and university, but my years at Victoria 
College of Art as a student of James Gordaneer were the best years an art 
student could ever hope to experience.
The self-isolation during the Pandemic has taken away the usual distractions of social life, so it has been a time to refocus on art. Spending the Springtime in my garden and in my studio have inspired the creative act. Add some beautiful music and all is well with life limited to the geography of home.
Artist friends have been sending e-mails and photos of work in progress. 
It has been really great to share thoughts with them.
